SHIPPING & RETURNS! 

 ONCE YOU THE CLIENT HAS MADE THE PAYMENT TO EBI, YOU THE CLIENT HAS ACCEPTED OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS LAYED OUT IN THE ORDERING INFORMATION SECTION. 

SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO YOU

We take pride in learning about you and offering services that will accommodate your needs. If you desire a custom look or would like to change something about a design offered in our catalog or online, please call us with your request! Need help ordering? We’re happy to answer your questions and help you through the ordering process!

CUSTOM MADE FOR YOU

Every order at Extreme Bling It Is custom made for you based on the style, fabrics, design concept we create for you.  Extreme Bling It does not carry any items in stock,  all items are made when the orders are placed.  For this reason, please know that once you place your order it cannot be changed or refunded.

 Since each piece is custom made per your specifications there will not be a refund or change to order once placed.

We create each piece as that means it is custom made, additional production time is required, in addition to your shipment method of choice.  Be sure to check our time frames to allow for enough time to place your order.

Please take the time to carefully place your order.  If you have any questions or need assistance with making decisions prior to ordering, please call us.  We are in the office Monday- Friday 9- 5.   Extreme Bling It team is here and happy to make recommendations and offer advice before you make your final purchase.  EBI’s goal is to inure you are always satisfied with your garments!

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Now that is a loaded question, so to speak! 

 

Depending on the garment and detail orientation determines the time lines on the production time frame, Along with the design complexity.

We recommend any order you have CUSTOM MADE need to have 4-8 weeks depending on the items complexity.  That is where Extreme Bling It Team will contact you with all details on delivery.  If you the client have a time line in mind or needed please give this information to you Bling Team consultant!  We can determine with a phone conversation what needs to take place to meet your expectations.

Break down of time frames: 

Orders of 1-4 garments generally ship in 2-8 weeks .. depending on the complexity.

orders of 5 to 50 garments generally ship in 4- 6 week or 6-8 weeks .. with each of our detailed items even a stock pattern can take the time frame to create and put in line of production.  Please make sure to express your time lines

DYE SUBLIMATION Practice wear sets:

please allow 4-6  or 6-8 weeks for orders of 50 or more  Timelines vary considerably with the high demand and time of year .  We pride ourselves in being honest wit you our client and the times lines are there to insure you place the order timely IF YOU NEED THEM IN A SHORTER TIME FRAME LET US KNOW THIS UPFRONT SO WE CAN BE HONEST WITH YOU ON A DELIVERY DATE! 

if you add rhinestones or any other embellishment you have to allow for additional production time

 

Orders of 50+ Garments delivery timeframe varies.

CONFORMATION OF ORDER

Once we receive your order, our staff at EBI will contact you to verify the order information and delivery date.  Please review your order and confirmation and check it against your original order.  For any needed assistance or special requests feel free to contact us  810-824-3809. email: orders@extremeblingit.com or extremeblingit@gmail.com 

 

RUSH ORDERS

If you need an order in less than the delivery timeframes identified above, we’ll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible. In order to determine if this is a feasible option for you, please call us at 810-824-3809 Monday-Friday 9-5 Pricing may change for any and all rush orders up to 25% rush fee added

Please note the following:

  1. This option is generally only available from January to June. From August to December our production schedules book fast and rushing orders through the production process is not possible.
  2. Rush orders are not subject to discounts and additional rush fees will apply, contact us for more information.
  3. Minimum time needed to produce a group order of 5 or more garments is 2-3 weeks, and is limited to in-stock fabric choices, and existing designs featured on our webstore without modifications.

All orders are shipped Via UPS or Fedex and must be signed for

Shipping costs vary depending on shipping location and preferred delivery method and will be assessed at the time your order is placed ..

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We specialize in customization of your garment’s style, fabric and size, and every piece is made-to-order. For this reason, once your order is placed, it cannot be changed, exchanged, or refunded. Please take the time to order carefully. order sizing kits if needed 

We stand behind our products and take pride in offering quality merchandise. If you have any problems with defective merchandise, please call us immediately. We will work with you to repair or replace your garment.

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS  IF THERE IS A DEFECT WE WILL REPAIR IF DEAMED REPAIRABLE IF NOT THEN WILL REMAKE THE ITEM(S) PER THE SITUATION.   

Let’s just make sure we understand things.  We are not a retail store that is mass producing the exact same items over and over we may have teams come to us and request a design that is a stock pattern and we change it to the specifications that you the client request.  But it is still CUSTOM!  we change it up by putting your logo on it .. your name, create the colors you want and so on.  So it is truly CUSTOM!

SO TO BE CLEAR ……NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE UNIFORMS OR ANY APPAREL WE DECORATE FOR YOU.  

Cancellations

Orders that are placed are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. Please take the time to order carefully, and contact us if you have any questions or need assistance during the ordering process. We are ready, eager and excited  to help you create your ideal garment!

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Merchandise that has a potential manufacturer’s error or defect, You, the customer must  inform EBI immediately.  If the item was made per your specifications and the design sketches then the items is not defective.   If your item is not fitting properly due to not ordering the proper fit kit or supplying the correct measurements, the items are not defective. If you do not allow the proper production time lines for custom designs at 8-12 weeks for production  we cannot guarantee them!

If the items are not made properly and is determined by the company that the items are a fault of EBI, the process is as such:

  1. There are NO REFUNDS:  The items are custom made per the client needs and specifications The items will be collected and repairs made to them at the expense of EBI. If this does not resolve the issues then EBI will come up with an alternate solution.
  2. Alternate solution would be to remake the said items and make corrections as deemed fit.
  3. All items custom made are non-refundable.
  4. If client does not want the items remade for any reason and they received the item per the approved design sketches then there is nothing EBI can do and will not held liable for the design being made the way it was sketched out.
  5. If the fit is not proper: EBI will request pictures of the items and details as to what the problems may be.
    1. once pictures are received will assess the situation and make needed notes/questions  and make correspondence with the client.  This could be up to 72 hours for the solution to be determined by EBI.
    2. If EBI determines that the items are repairable then will request the items to be returned either by the client and will credit the account in the amount of the shipping or will send a return label to have the items sent back to us to review.
    3. Review process:  this could take 2-4 weeks to complete and do the repairs.  Please keep in mind this is a process and has to be scheduled into the work load.  Once the review and repairs are completed that deemed to fix the issues we will then ship the items back to the client.
    4. Once received by the client will do a follow up with in 7-10 days to insure the problems are resolved (working days: Monday – Friday 9-5)
    5. If for some reason the repairs completed do not resolve the issues, then EBI will determine if the products will be remade at the expense of EBI.
